Terms and Conditions

The conditions applying when customers access or purchase Career Bridge services.

Effective date: 15 July 2026

1. Services provided

Career Bridge provides independent digital career-support services for doctors and international medical graduates. Services may include junior-grade NHS job notifications, CV review, supporting statement review and rewriting, interview preparation, mock interviews, application guidance, digital resources and membership services.

Independent status: Career Bridge is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by or endorsed by the NHS, NHS Jobs, Trac, any NHS Trust, the General Medical Council or any recruitment organisation.

2. No employment guarantee

Our services are intended to support preparation, presentation and timely application. We do not guarantee shortlisting, an interview, employment, visa sponsorship, professional registration, a particular interview score or any recruitment outcome. All recruitment decisions remain with the relevant employer or authority.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and truthful information.
  • Ensure that qualifications, dates, experience and achievements are genuine.
  • Review every completed document before submitting it to an employer.
  • Submit applications and respond to employers before applicable deadlines.
  • Comply with the terms of the relevant recruitment or application platform.

Career Bridge will not knowingly create false qualifications, fabricated experience or misleading claims.

4. Orders and payments

Payment is generally required before work begins or access is activated. Prices and currencies are those shown on the website, quotation, invoice or checkout page. Banks and payment providers may impose their own conversion or international-card charges.

5. Delivery

Any stated delivery period begins only after payment and receipt of all required documents and instructions. Delays resulting from incomplete information, late customer replies, third-party platform outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not constitute non-delivery.

Job alerts depend on vacancies published by third-party employers. We do not control when roles are posted, amended, closed or withdrawn.

6. Revisions

Included revisions apply to the original purchased service, vacancy and instructions. A different vacancy, specialty, job description or substantially changed document may be treated as a new order. Unless agreed otherwise, revision requests should be submitted within seven days of delivery.

7. Interview preparation

Coaching, resources and mock interviews are educational and preparatory. Customers remain responsible for their own answers, conduct and performance during any actual interview.

8. Intellectual property

Customers retain ownership of the original information and documents they submit. Career Bridge retains ownership of its branding, website content, systems, guides, templates, training materials and original digital resources. A personalised completed document may be used by the purchasing customer for their own applications but may not be resold or commercially distributed.

9. Prohibited use

  • Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information.
  • Reselling or distributing paid resources without permission.
  • Sharing restricted membership content or private access links.
  • Interfering with the website, payment systems or services provided to other customers.
  • Using our services for unlawful, abusive or deceptive purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Career Bridge is not liable for indirect loss, missed employment opportunities, employer decisions, missed deadlines, third-party website failures or events outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

11. Suspension or termination

We may refuse, suspend or terminate service where a customer provides misleading information, behaves abusively, misuses our materials, attempts fraud or materially breaches these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable Pakistani law. Customers should first contact Career Bridge so that any complaint or dispute can be investigated and addressed in good faith.
