Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Our rules for digital-service cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and payment corrections.

Career Bridge supplies digital and personalised services. There are no physical products to return.

1. Cancellation before work begins

A customer may request cancellation and a full refund before personalised work has started and before access to a membership, digital resource, job-alert service or booked session has been provided.

2. Supporting statement and CV services

Once document assessment, review, editing or rewriting has begun, the service is generally non-refundable because personalised work has been performed. Where a delivered service materially differs from the agreed order, contact us within seven days. We may provide a correction, reasonable revision, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Differences in personal writing preference will normally be handled through reasonable revisions rather than a refund.

3. Job-alert and membership services

A membership may be cancelled before activation for a full refund. Once access is activated or alerts begin, charges already paid are generally non-refundable. Cancelling a recurring service prevents future renewal charges but does not normally create a refund for a used or active billing period.

The number and availability of vacancies depend on third-party employers. A temporary lack of suitable vacancies does not constitute non-delivery where the alert service remains operational.

4. Interview-preparation sessions

A session may be rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Late cancellation, substantial lateness or non-attendance is generally non-refundable, although exceptional circumstances may be considered. If Career Bridge cancels a session, the customer will be offered another date or a full refund.

5. Duplicate or incorrect payments

Verified duplicate payments and clearly incorrect charges will be refunded. Customers should contact us before initiating a chargeback so that the issue can be investigated promptly.

6. Refund method and processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank. Third-party currency-conversion, banking or processing charges may not be recoverable.

7. How to request cancellation or a refund

Send your full name, contact details used for the order, payment date, service purchased, transaction reference and reason for the request by email or WhatsApp. We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days.
